Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances.
3.3 Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information. Users are under a continuing obligation to maintain the accuracy of their registration details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a ground for immediate account termination.

4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. 777ze will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
4.2 You must notify 777ze support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach affecting your credentials.
4.3 777ze shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.4 Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all users and is strongly recommended. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.
5.1 The Platform accepts deposits in PKR via approved payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 777ze reserves the right to withhold or return funds where it suspects a transaction involves a third-party payment method.
5.3 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. 777ze may require identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request exceeding applicable thresholds.
5.4 Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a shorter timeframe than bank transfers. Specific processing times are indicative and may be subject to delays outside 777ze's reasonable control.
5.5 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. 777ze reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game eligibility restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms form part of these Terms and take precedence over any general description.
6.2 Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value prior to satisfying wagering requirements, and cannot be used to offset losses on losing bets that have not contributed to wagering requirement completion.
6.3 777ze reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been accepted by a User, the terms applicable at the time of acceptance will continue to apply unless otherwise specified.
6.4 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or placing hedged bets designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering risk, will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
7.1 All games available on the Platform are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules apply to that specific game's outcomes.
7.2 All slot and RNG table game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. 777ze does not influence or manipulate individual game outcomes.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects a game outcome, 777ze reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amount to the User's Real Money Balance.
7.4 Bets accepted in error, including bets placed after the relevant event has concluded or at manifestly incorrect odds, may be voided at 777ze's discretion. 777ze will endeavour to communicate any such voidance to the affected User in a timely manner.
8.1 777ze is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools free of charge to all registered Users: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly); session time reminders; cooling-off periods; and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).
8.2 Users are encouraged to set limits at the time of registration and to review them regularly. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory reflection period before taking effect.
8.3 Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the nominated period. Users who self-exclude will be blocked from accessing the Platform and from receiving marketing communications for the duration of their exclusion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
10.1 777ze reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, provided false registration information, is engaged in prohibited activity, or poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or to other users.
10.2 Upon termination of an Account for cause, 777ze reserves the right to withhold any Bonus balance and, where applicable, Real Money Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, Real Money Balances will be returned to the User via the original deposit method.
10.3 Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 777ze support. Any pending withdrawal will be processed in accordance with standard procedures before account closure is finalised.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ze's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
11.2 777ze shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from a User's use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated earnings.
11.3 The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 777ze's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, trademarks, and written content — is the intellectual property of 777ze or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Platform content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
777ze reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the contact details held on their Account. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction. Where a formal dispute resolution mechanism is available, it will be published in the Platform's support documentation.
